Creating a HealthChampion account, organization, and groups

Creating your account 

Quick Tip: Your account works for both the COVID-19 portal AND on the HealthChampion mobile app. If you already have a mobile app account with your work email address, you may sign into the portal with your same account credentials. 

Creating Organizations & Groups inside of your Administrator account

  • After verifying your email, you'll be able to create an Organization, then create and join Groups. 
  • If you're not already associated with an Organization, you will be prompted to create one when you log in for the first time.
  • Groups are used in two main scenarios
    • If you need different Administrators for different Groups
      • Example: ACME Corporation has 3 major divisions. There will be an Administrator appointed for each division, and those admins should NOT have access to data from the other two divisions. The Organization Admin would create three groups, and give them relevant names, ACME - Division 1, ACME - Division 2, and ACME - Division 3. 
    • If you need different settings for different Groups
      • Example: ACME Corporation has 3 different shifts across all of their employees. First shift needs to complete their assessments by 7 am, Second shift by 2 pm, and Third shift by 10p. The Organization Admin would create three groups, named ACME - First Shift, ACME - Second Shift, and ACME - Third Shift. The HealthChampion support team would then adjust the task and notification start times accordingly.*
      • Example: ACME Corporation has a group of Staff and a group of Students. They want Staff members to report their temperature each day using provided thermometer equipment. The Student group will not need to report their temperatures. The Organization Admin would create two groups, named ACME - Staff, and ACME - Students. The HealthChampion support team would then adjust the assessment tasks for the Staff Group to require a temperature observation to be entered.*
      • Example: ACME Corporation wants their employees to complete daily screenings, and also wants to screen visitors who will be on site. The Organization Administrator would create two Groups, ACME - Employees, and ACME - Visitors. The HealthChampion support team would then adjust the pathway duration for each of the groups.
