What is the Group Approval process?

At HealthChampion, we take security and privacy seriously. Before we authorize your Group, we review your request and do our best to make sure that the person creating the Group is authorized to do so on behalf of your company. We check for a valid corporate email address, then ensure that the address has been verified.

If you are registering on behalf of your small business which uses a public email domain (like gmail or yahoo, for example), then we will reach out and ask you to verify the information before creating your Group.

This process can take 1-2 business days due to the volume of requests we receive daily.

While we approve your Group, you are welcomed to explore the HealthChampion mobile app, which is available online at https://app.myhealthchampion.com, and for download via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
