My group member's data is missing from the dashboard

If your group member is not showing up in your dashboard, it is possible that....

  • the person has not accepted the group invitation. Check to see whether they are in the Invited list at the bottom of your dashboard. 
  • the person has not responded to a daily assessment yet. Check to see whether they are in the "No Responses" list at the bottom of your dashboard.
  • the person has enrolled in the public COVID-19 app by mistake. 
  • you have multiple groups and invited the person to the wrong group. Check the Invited and No Responses lists on each of your groups to rule this

If checking/correcting these issues still does not resolve this for you, please click the Search icon at the bottom right click the Ask tab to let our support team know. You may also email support@myhealthchampion.com from your mail client.
