How to delete or remove your HealthChampion account

We're sorry to see you go! Because we are a HIPAA verified organization, there are several steps for account deletion on our end. Simply email us at support@myhealthchampion.com with the subject line "Delete my account" and we will initiate the process. We will notify you when your account has been deleted. If you receive any further emails from the app or from our marketing team, please just let us know and we'll make sure you're removed from any mailing lists we may have missed.
