My email address could not be verified

If you receive an error message similar to the one shown below, "Error, your email address could not be verified." with a button to return to the portal, it's possible that you've already completed the email verification step OR that your corporate email security has already screened the message.

Try to go ahead and log into your HealthChampion account with that email address. You should be able to login directly, but if you run into any further trouble, please contact support@myhealthchampion and we can try to troubleshoot further.
