Why does it say "an error occurred" or "invalid email or password" when I try to login

If you are seeing an error message when you try to log in, try each of these steps:

1. Confirm you are on the Sign In screen and not the Register screen

2. Check email and password for typos

3. Confirm your wifi or cellular data is on and working

4. Uninstall and re-install the app

5. Reset your password using this link: https://app.myhealthchampion.com/reset-password
