How to remove a member

Go to your admin dashboard (covid19.myhealthchampion.com) 

Click the current members name that you wish to remove.

Once you have clicked on the person you wish to remove you will be taken to the Member’s Details page. Click the grey drop down button to the right. You will see “remove member” in the drop-down menu. Click “remove member”. 

Once you have clicked “remove member” the member should be removed from your group. 

Important note: when you remover a member, their data is archived* and permanently removed from your dashboard. Before removing a member, Export a copy of your data to store it.

*HealthChampion is a HIPAA compliant organization. Member data is archived in storage servers for 10 years unless the member explicitly requests that we delete it.
