My client's step count is missing from dashboard
If your client's step count is not showing up in your dashboard, it is possible that....
- the person has not accepted the group invitation. Check if you see them as 'Pending' in your dashboard.
- the person has not connected their device yet. Check if you see them as 'Not synced' in your dashboard.
